Avaya has redesigned the look and navigation of their support site to make it easier for customers and partners to use.

Avaya even boasts about a new tool called InSite, which leverages state-of-the-art technology to link related documents housed on various Avaya Web sites together that continues to grow and improve the more it is used. Well I must say Avaya could have saved time and money just using Google Search Server. Hate to break it to you Avaya but I still get better hits just using www.google.com. On a positive note I do like the simpler look and content filtering.
